Retreats and other events:
The Abineau Lodge is the perfect location for an unusual business or personal retreat. The upstairs parlor room can accommodate up to 18 people in an informal seating arrangement of 10 with conference table seating. Our downstairs greatroom is large enough for 30 and provides space for presentations, tables and lunch. The natural setting and informal atmosphere promote creativity in your team. A perfect location for brainstorming, strategic planning, and problem solving.

For assistance with your retreats, Innkeeper Wendy White has years of experience in the small business, government and non profit arena in organizing and leading strategic planning retreats, team building retreats and as a facilitator. If you do not already have someone who can help you organize, set up and facilitate your retreat please contact me. I love it, I'm good at it and I will work with your budget!

Weddings:
The Arizona Abineau Lodge offers a unique site for a casually elegant wedding. Our living room fire place is a cozy and romantic place to take your vows for an intimate ceremony. After the ceremony our dining room is quickly converted to a small reception hall accommodating up to 30 guests for a semi formal dinner. For larger weddings and receptions, we have plenty of space for an outdoor event for up to 50 guests in the summer months.


Catering:
We work with Simply Delicious a superb Flagstaff catering company for your catering needs. Simply Delicious offers various options for group events including delivered platters for 8 or more guests from simple cheese, fruit and deli trays to delicious hot meals of lasagna, grilled salmon or tri-tip or, for more formal occasions, fully catered, multi-course menus.  www.simplydeliciousflagstaff.com

Group Rate (for overnight rooms): The cost to book the entire Lodge is $1200 plus tax, per night. The Lodge has 8 rooms with one bed each (king or queen) and one suite with either 2 king beds or 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. If your group is all singles each needing a separate bed we can accommodate 11 guests total. If your group is made up of couples then we can accommodate 11 couples (22 people). If you are booking the entire Lodge for your group, children of any age are welcome.

Conference Room/Reception:
For group events of 15-30 individuals we charge $250 for use of the dining room and living rooms/parlor room (if at least one of our guest rooms is also booked for the same evening) For groups of fewer than 15 persons our upstairs Parlor Room is available for the rate of $175. We also have outdoor areas available for $250 - $1000 depending on the number of guests.

Additional costs may include tent rental, tables, chairs, barbeque grill, clean up, event insurance, and other items that we do not already have on site.
